INSTALLATION
This service is offered by us or requested by our customers when it comes to comprehensive projects that require more than one product.
Installatıon service includes placing the products we supplied, linking them to each other and choosing the right equipments for pipes, armatures, electricity, etc.
COMMISSIONING
Comissioning is making sure that all of the equipments are set up allright and the environment is convenient for the process. Our technical staff members set the products up, check the electricity and mechanic state of the equipments, analyze the environment and run the process for the first time, making sure that everything that’s needed for the process is provided. After our staff and client observe that our plant does its job properly, they sign a handover agreement.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
Al-zemherir is becoming the authorized and related contact in charge for the ‘Warranty and After Sales Duties’ for the equipments taken into operation in the name of the customer.
The ‘Periodic Service Agreement’ which is valid for all devices used for various industries, is not only giving positive feedback to the customer, but also safety for operation of the system as well as providing economical savings.
It is being considered importantly of Al-zemherir that the periodic maintenance of each equipment is being done on time and to use original spare parts.
AUTOMATION
Al-zemherir analyzes perfectly the needs of customers and produces panel solutions suitable for projects with its experienced engineers.
LV Panels, Automation Panels, MCC Panels and Control Panels that control the engines, as well as Automation Panels that enable the communication and management of the machines in factories are being manufactured according to the production process and Project requirement carried out in the fields of wiring, energization and energy supply of the machinery.
TRAINING
End users of each supplied equipment are being trained with technical and operational information in order to use the machines trouble-free on site.
SPARE PARTS
It is not easy to estimate the requirement of spare parts. Therefore, Al-zemherir is storing the most frequently used spare parts in its warehouse for its customers at any time.
In this way; the Technical Service Team is giving 7/24 support with spare parts ready in stocks in case of a maintenance or breakdown.
